One of my favorite bloggers, Veronika, does a What's In My Fridge post from time to time and the Nosy Nelly in me really likes it. Nosy Nelly loves any kind of look into the private lives of anonymous people - pantry, medicine chest, organized sock drawer, you name it.
Our fridge is still a little bit empty since we've only been living here three weeks. We didn't bring most of the stuff from our previous house, I just wanted to start with all clean, shiny jars and bottles.
The first door has spray butter and low sodium soy sauce. Second door has all sorts of condiments: real butter, mustard, ketchup, lemon juice and fig jam; skim milk, two flavors of Stubb's BBQ sauce, and Ranch dressing.
The top shelf has prune juice (we have to give some to Georgia from time to time), marinara sauce, David's Coke Zero and Miracle Whip. Second shelf has YoToddler organic yogurt, organic unsweetened applesauce, more skim milk, Chobani and Fage 0% yogurt, low fat sour cream, cage free eggs, organic whole milk (for Georgia), and tuna fish.
Bottom shelf has four types of hummus (we really love hummus), I Can't Believe It's Not Butter (I can - D likes this stuff), bread & butter pickles, salsa and coconut flavored La Croix.
Produce drawer has oranges, apples, carrots, celery, broccoli slaw and fresh cilantro.
The other drawer is full of junk David insists on buying: mashed potatoes, cooked roasted chicken, bacon, bratwurst.
The bottom drawer is our snack drawer. It has organic cheese sticks, shredded cheese, low fat sliced cheese, mozzarella and extra sharp cheddar cheese blocks, Kraft singles, natural smoked turkey and natural roasted chicken breast.
What would you like to take a peek of next?
