Maybe it is due to Houston's climate, which never really gets cold enough to make me think "winter", but as soon as the Holidays are over, this seventy-five degree weather makes me want to decorate for the days ahead. I am loving this sunny yellow bedding from Pottery Barn.
If our dog did not think it was his God-given right to sleep on the bed anytime he wants, we would so be buying the organic crewel-embroidered bedding above.
I also really like the pillow above to add a jolt of spring-like life into our very neutral living room. And it would go perfectly with the Orange Ginger scented candles I bought to get the Holiday Cinnamon scent out of our house!

Good choice of bedding! Yes we have a little princess too. She thinks the bed is her bed! She has her own twin comforter on our bed by our feet but some how she manages to snuggle up between us- sharing my husband's pillow!
Too funny- both our dogs sleep on our bed at times, but the bigger one thinks it's his God-given right as well. In the afternoons, he will disappear and we always find him on our bed with his head on a pillow!
And I am always torn between wanting winter to continue and welcoming spring at this time of year!
